We spent New Year's at this hotel and overall our experience was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us information about the area and even helping us to make restaurant reservations. The breakfast offered a decent selection of cereal, pastries, and bread. Plus, the hotel was located close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel was a bit basic and could use some updates in terms of decor and amenities. the shower in our room was not working properly and we had to call for maintenance.

Cleanliness is perfect!!

We extended one more nights.They didn`t any discount.

The heating was much exaggerated.

- quite good location, nice personnel speaking English, bus stop to the subway very close, one of the cheapest in Milan Suitable for not very demanding quests who look for a cheap short accommodation in Milan. No serious complains.

The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. I think he was aware of the hotel's shortcomings.

The location, although fairly close to the autostrada, does not inspire confidence. The immediate area (Corsico) is scruffy although it might also be called 'local colour'. I was relieved to find my car safe and sound in the morning. The hotel itself is functional - at best. Our room was right next to a pipe or similar that made an horrendous noise all night. Even if that had stopped there were other noises made by the building - a/c motors, etc. (although no noise from other guests). We didn't get as much sleep as we'd have liked. Tv had Italian channels only, although there were dozens of them; not a big issue but a uk or us news channel would have been welcome. Final comment - the breakfast experience typified the hotel. Reasonably nice food but a soulless room - and the ceiling had a water stain across it - complete with the sound of running water A hole made by the water was covered by a piece of board.

The hotel was difficult to find, and some rooms lacked adequate lighting. The location, while convenient for finding food, felt far from the city center and required a car or taxi to reach many tourist destinations.

It is not near of any main metro or bus station. You have to take bus and about 10-11 station to get metro and also about 10 station to get to center - Duomo.

Corsica area isnt that great. Lot of graffitti

According to description booking in this hotel does not require pre-pay, however my credit card has been charged to full amount immidiately after booking. Non refundable by the way.

Too far from milan , conversation with staff , made it sound easy too find very difficult too find various phone calls too staff not helpful , took all night too find , lost one night arrived at 8.30 am next day tuesday also had to hire a taxi too follow as we would have never found hotel cost 60 euros , 40 euros in petrol and one night lost approx cost 60 euros lost 140 euros in total , staff not really sympathetic , did not offer any form of compensation or try and make up for it , not even a little like some free drinks pretty disappointed about this.
